Each year we consider the results of the products to select with care the ingredients that we will work with. Vanilla from Madagascar, Cacao from South America, ground tealeaf powder from Japan, Payoyo cheese from the Sierra of Cádiz and the all important pistachio from Bronte are some of the components that have passed though our kitchen and have helped us to create healthy and tasty ice cream.
